What are the requirements to obtain a user name for MPServiceNet?
All Rep personnel are able to obtain an account.
Full line MPS distributor personnel sponsored by an MPS rep can open an account.
Usernames must be an email address ending with @<your company name>.com. No usernames will be activated unless they are from a company email address - there are no exceptions.
ONLY FULL LINE DISTRIBUTORS (MPS & MPJ) CAN OPEN AN ACCOUNT.
Account Validation: Why would I temporarily lose access to MPServiceNet?
To protect your company's private pricing data, MPS requires you to "validate" your account each every thirty days by sending an email to your username/email address. The process to validate your account is:
Click the link on the email that asks you to revalidate your email.
You will be redirected to the MPS website saying you've successfully validated your account.
Click on the part number on the webpage. Once the drawing is displayed, click on file, send, and choose either --page by email (this will be a PDF) or -- link by e-mail. The drawing has been attached to the e-mail. Type in the email address and click send.
MPS is ISO 9001:2000 certified. Copies of our current ISO certificates can be located by clicking on the ISO Certification link at the far bottom of the website homepage (lower left hand corner)

Would you recommend using two of your(NPKG 20 XG 017 SO)Post insulators on opposite sides of a wooden pole each supported by the one 3/4" galvanize machine bolt.

Insulators may be mounted back-to-back, but you should use two (2) bolts. One at the top hole on the base, and the other on the bottom hole.
Do you have specification recommendations for metal oxide surge arresters?

Accounts for the MPServiceNet expire after a period of time regardless of the amount of usage by the member. This is done strictly for security purposes. Members receive an e-mail notifying them to re-validate their accounts. If the re-validation is completed as instructed in the e-mail your account will be active again for the specified time.
