We want to set you up for success. We have built a program for you to power up your career and build community and connections at MPS in your first year. You will also participate in programs to develop on-the-job skills, Leadership, and overall manufacturing operational expertise.

- Achieved Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field
- Graduated with 3.2 overall GPA
- Held relevant internships (Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics)

- Held leadership roles in projects, clubs, volunteer work, etc.

The Interview Process

New grad interviews at MPS typically include an assessment followed by two rounds of interviews. Interviewers will evaluate your role-specific, behavioral and technical skills as applicable. This will help us align you with your Rockstar Team at MPS.
