Pin-Insulator

Features:  A patented, polymeric device used for installing the wire for distribution class applications at voltages below 35kV. Three designs are available that can be mounted on standard NEMA pins with 1" Acme threads.

Description

This device can be used for the below applications if the voltage involved is 35kV or lower:

  • for new construction/stringing
  • for reconductoring existing lines
  • emergency repairs/storm recovery work
  • temporary insulators for temporary lines
