Gang-Operated Vacuum Break (GOVB) Switches

MacLean Power System's GOVB switch offers an all-in-one solution for safe and efficient load switching and sectionalizing on your distribution system. The vacuum bottle interrupters eliminate the risk of arcing, making it an ideal addition to any utility's fire mitigation plan. The switch also features optional in-line disconnects allowing for a visible and secure air gap during outages.

The GOVB is offered as a three-phase, crossarm mounted, integral unit, and can be operated with a traditional manual handle, a hookstick mechanism, or a motor switch operator (MSO) furnished with user specified controls.

The GOVB is fully tested and certified to IEEE C37.30.1-2022. Test reports are available upon request.
